Reporting to the Director of the Legal Department. Lead Buyer for Indirect Procurement supporting the purchasing activities for Information Technology, Facility, Marketing and Human Resources. Partnering with YUM Procurement in support of cross brand initiatives. • Meet with internal Business stakeholders/clients to understand their business needs and project goals to support them from the pre-award solicitation stage through contract award. • Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to include negotiation of pricing, business terms, scope and contract award. • Management and negotiation of corporate agreements, NDAs, Master Service Agreements, contract amendments, addendums and Service Level agreements. • Promotes advancement of supplier diversity through collaboration with external organizations and associates from various disciplines/levels, and by leading strategies and programs designed to increase inclusivity and diverse business enterprise (DBE) awareness.
