This full time role entails the restructuring of the senior and executive teams into one team as well as initiatives aimed at gaining synergies that ultimately lead to a successful merger.

I recently retired as a Transformational Healthcare Executive that started my healthcare journey as a critical care cardiac RN, and advanced to become the CEO for one of the largest Divisions within CommonSpirit Health. I led a $2.6 Billion dollar network of six hospitals, employees and over 1200 physicians. My experiences include:* Mergers and acquisitions - Dignity health and CHI and Virginia Mason and CommonSpirit Health* Supply chain management- Oversaw inventory and distribution of PPE during the Covid pandemic * Healthcare facility design and construction - designed and constructed acute care hospitals, and clinics* Healthcare delivery Transformation through innovation of telehealth and virtual visit technology* Board evaluation and board member selection * Contract negotiations for supply contractsI am an ambassador of using innovation to disrupt the current state of healthcare. I have served on multiple boards and I am actively involved with many community organizations. I was the first woman to Chair the Board of Directors for The Greater Sacramento Economic Council. I also was the Chairman of the Board for the American Heart Association Heart Walk in Sacramento. We successfully raised over for the American Heart Association and had over walkers attend the event. I am producing and selling art to local shops and individuals. I specialize in mosaics, acrylic paintings using glass and resin. I accept commission work and have an interest in adding vibrant color and emotional connections for office space and personal homes.
