Designed, implemented and ran portfolio governance across technology function encompassing in-house engineering teams and third party suppliers • Drove alignment on lightweight governance model, in collaboration with technology and product leadership as part of agile tech transformation • Introduced processes and tooling for governance across multiple delivery methodologies, from classic waterfall programmes through to agile, iterative delivery • Line managed 5 team members.
