I\'m an empathetic servant leader who gets things done.I define and solve business problems - delivering impactful outcomes, and cutting out the fluff.I hold myself and others accountable. Understanding the business and having a good level of technical understanding - I\'m able to context switch and go from thinking about top level business strategy with c-suite stakeholders one moment, to solving problems in amongst teams the next. Adept at developing, communicating and championing both strategy and culture, I can not only define your desired outcomes - but ensure everyone is brought along and bought into the journey to deliver it together.I\'m a passionate and adaptable technologist who is constantly wanting to challenge myself and learn. As a result I have extensive experience in public sector, retail, finance, broadcast and the arts. I have over 10 years experience delivering technology-driven change.I have experience in end-to-end project delivery and business strategy, both agile and more traditional waterfall approaches. Regardless of approach, I focus on blending together people-thinking, business outcomes and technology solutions. I have been involved in everything from large ERP implementations and back-end replacements - to technically complex API driven transformation programmes.
