ABOUT LAURIANE PANNIER
As a facilitator, I aim at creating genuine and inclusive spaces to: • Raise awareness on environmental & societal topics (climate change, discriminations, mental health)• Foster efficient cooperation and authentic relationships (cooperation and shared governance practices, conflict transformation & mediation, nonviolent communication, culture of feedback and care). My purpose is to grow in awareness — individually, interpersonally, collectively, and societally — and to contribute to a more caring, fair, and desirable world-My journey After my studies, I gained valuable experience in social entrepreneurship, followed by several years of achievement as Head of Business Development at TerraCycle Europe. In 2021, I began a transformative path of learning and unlearning - traveling, volunteering, and immersing myself in eco-communities and collective projects in France and India to experiment with sustainable ways of living and collaborating. Throughout this journey, I\'ve been combining business expertise with grassroots experience through a long list of volunteer engagements and trainings. I’m endlessly curious, always eager to challenge my beliefs, explore different perspectives, and learn from them. I’ve surrounded myself with inspiring people from diverse paths, and I love building bridges between seemingly distant worlds — business, eco-communities, meditation centers, activism, and outdoor sports.
