I am in charge of shaping and implementing strategies that will help develop and retain high-performing employees and managing the entire employees’ life cycle, from the onboarding, the daily admin, the comp & Ben, their development until the off boarding. My role: Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training) Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities Organize performance review sessions Design employee promotion policiesI also am in charge of the daily HR management such as: Onboarding our newcomers through an onboarding program (IT requirements, medical check, documents, training plan, pair-programming, trial period reviews.) Collecting, managing and sorting administrative and payroll element > managing the relationship with the fiduciary for payroll elements (Absences, holidays, tax cards, changes.) Managing Personal files Managing flexible hours and time tracking Creating HR processes and policies Working in accordance with social partners
