I wake up every day looking for ways to do good with what I do well. I am a dual-certified Human Resources Professional with HR & Non-Profit Management leadership expertise including 8 years in International Corporate HR Management with PriceSmart, Inc. and 7 with iconic retailer Saks Fifth Avenue. I am currently consulting with small to medium businesses and non-profit organizations creating compliant, competitive Employers of Choice and engaged, savvy governing Boards and Advisory Committees that drive organizational results. I am currently serving as: Vice Chair/Immediate Past Chair for the Pacific Safety Center in San Diego; past President of the University of San Diego Alumni Association\'s North County Torero Club, and a Charter Member of the USD Mid Career Alumni Network. I also passionately provide philanthropic development and volunteer leadership support for several Southern California non-profits including: Feeding America, the San Diego Food Bank, San Diego Humane Society, Helen Woodward Animal Center, and Combat Veterans Association, all in San Diego County.
