I’ve always been drawn to work that makes a difference. From supporting purpose-driven organizations to advancing environmental and conservation efforts, my career has centered on creating positive impact.At KBRS, I specialize in executive recruitment within the higher education sector – a space where leadership truly shapes the future. I work with a dedicated team to support institutions in recruiting leaders who align with each institution’s values, goals, and strategic priorities. A key part of my role involves identifying and engaging talented individuals, guiding them as they explore the next steps in their careers, and helping them find leadership opportunities that reflect their strengths, values, and long-term aspirations.Earlier in my career, I held HR roles across the environmental, conservation, and non-profit sectors. These experiences deepened my commitment to values-led work and strengthened my understanding of the importance of people, an inclusive and engaged culture, and a supportive and equitable work environment, in helping organizations thrive.I’m a naturally curious, analytical, and empathetic person, with a genuine love for research and discovery. I approach my work with care, thoughtfulness, and intention, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
