Responsible for administration of FMLA, Unemployment claims, EEOC reporting, HRIS enhancement projects and training. Train HR Generalists at different location sites in policies and procedures; assist in conflict resolution and investigations. Support hiring managers and production supervisors in recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for New Hires at four different locations simultaneously. Assist HR Director and Leadership Team with data gathering and analysis and HRIS updates and reporting. Provide ideas, feedback, and administrative support on improvement efforts that attempt to boost moral amongst the organization in hopes of reducing employee turnover and apathy.
