Unrealistic Ideas is a full-service nonscripted production company formed in 2018 by actor/producer Mark Wahlberg, his long-time manager and producing partner, Steve Levinson, and veteran documentary filmmaker/showrunner Archie Gips. With its sole focus to disrupt the television, film, and podcast landscapes, the company\'s brand centers around creating and developing original and inspirational real-life stories and bold characters that will entertain audiences both domestically and internationally. Unrealistic Ideas has a slate of projects that includes premium documentary films and series, competition shows, reality formats, specials, follow docs, and podcasts. The company is currently producing series for HBO, Quibi, History, and DAZN, and is also developing projects for CBS, HBO Max, AMC, Oxygen, Own, Discovery, Paramount, Epix, A&E, USA Network, and Spotify. Since 2008, I have worked steadily in unscripted television production, development and news broadcasting. I started my career working in both digital and broadcast television news for TMZ.com and TMZ TV. In 2010, I made the jump to reality television producing. I\'ve worked on shows for NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, Food Network and GSN, among many others. There is nothing more rewarding than taking an idea and watching it come to life on-screen.
