As the head of the Human Resources department at Penske Media, I oversee the team of HR business partners supporting our 20+ media and events businesses. My passion for strategic employee relations, risk mitigation, change management, and leadership development drives my day-to-day across the business. I am dedicated to smart and impactful internal communications and I am passionate about the continuous implementation of new processes, tools and benefits for a world-class employee experience.
