I\'ve joined l\'Oréal +10 years ago as Learning Practice & Digital Learning Director. I have a deep background as expert and a great passion for training and educational engineering: I worked during 20 years as consultant and have led several projects for top international Global 500 organizations. My mission was to professionalize learning at l’Oréal, make our vision for a “Fast Learning Company” a reality by leveraging Digital Learning. Today, i\'m building the HR data and analytics office. Data transformation is an amazing challenge for the group and my mandate is to transform the HR function to become more data-driven. The change is all about new mindsets, new rituals to find data playful and augment our intuition to take better people decision.
