My specialty is to help major capital project teams and business units to add value to their organizations by driving them towards innovative and optimized solutions and portfolios.I have been successful because of my capacity to foster creative collaboration amongst the teams I’m leading, helping them to think their way through difficult situations and make good decisions in the face of broad uncertainty and multiple, competing objectives. I also excel at providing C-Suite level communications. What is unique about me is that my math and engineering background allows me to be the liaison between the technical staff and the business leaders.
