Worked for CGI\'s Trade360 Application and supported the following banks concurrently:RBC, CIBC, Desjardins, National Bank, TD bank, Allied Irish Banks(AIB), BMO, Scotia Bank, ANZ, SEB, Union Bank(insourced bank- MUFG), BB & T(Truist financial)Roles and Responsibilities: Handle multiple client tickets every day to enable the transactions to be processed by the application. Analyze the application flow based on the logs and application UI, and, fix the transaction records with custom sql scripts for succesful reprocessing of the transaction. Used Kibana for checking the logs. And checked the code based on the stacktrace and analyze what entities, the code is pulling data from. Extensively used Jira for monitoring middleware Alerts and implements the bestpractices suggested by the CGI team for a better management for JIRA tickets. Communicate directly with clients to get approval from banks explaining the issue in a abstract way in order to run the custom sql scripts to run against the database for all the failed transactions Worked and communicated with different team members to resolve several Sev 2 alerts within the ticket SLA
