ABOUT LAURENTINO RODRÍGUEZ

As an Associate Manager of Vehicle Operations Control at Tesla, I lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of Model Y vehicles at the Gigafactory Berlin. With over 12 years of experience in project management, process engineering, industrial automation, and product development, I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to Tesla\'s mission of accelerating the world\'s transition to sustainable energy.My previous roles as a Senior Technical Program Manager and a Project Manager at Tesla and Amazon Robotics enabled me to develop and implement innovative solutions for complex and challenging engineering problems, such as installing and starting up the largest die casting machines in the world. I also have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a bachelor\'s degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a master\'s degree in business administration from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona. I am fluent in Spanish, English, and German, and I enjoy working in diverse and collaborative teams.
