Supervise and oversee the work of the global Proposals Team. • Design bespoke sales proposals for the global Sales team, offering the most suitable private flying solution for each prospective client. • Work with the Sales Vice Presidents and Chief Strategy Officer to tailor deals. • Liaise with the Sales Vice Presidents to ensure all proposals which are sent out are followed up on. • Regularly review all templates in the proposals library to ensure they remain fit for purpose. • Prepare financial comparisons showing an in depth financial analysis of our business model. • Collaborate with Sales Vice Presidents and other departments in the preparation of RFPs. • Proactively assist the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Commercial Officer in the development of our Sales strategy from trends observed in the proposals process. • Ensure all data captured in the database is current. • Provide sales data in a dynamic and digestible format to other departments.
