At MTY, I work with different stakeholders within the company to analyze their current processes and find ways that they can be streamlined, reduce costs and increase efficiency.My responsibilities includes but are not limited to: Develop, deploy and own automated workflows and applications for various departments, utilizing tools like PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL, Dynamics and more. Lead process optimization initiatives by evaluating existing workflows, conducting collaborative meetings with stakeholdersacross departments, and facilitating effective communication to identify and address inefficiencies. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, scoping, planning, implementation, and end user training. Collaborate with franchisees, partners, and executives to enhance financial system security, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize returns. Leverage accounting expertise to develop financial tools and reports, simplifying data analysis and user access primarily for teams in AR, AP, tax, and procurement.
