I have extensive experience of leading the delivery and operations of large scale services within a large national charity; fulfilling government grants and contracts to support over service users per year. I am adaptable, responding at pace to the ever-changing external environment including government and social policy agendas and the changing needs of service users. With an annual budget of over £55 million, I hold significant responsibility for organisational reputation, risk management and sustaining and growing restricted income. I work effectively with stakeholders at all levels to successfully commission service delivery, demonstrate impact, and influence decision making. Beyond my work at Citizens Advice, I have a long history of volunteering, most recently as deputy chair for a very small, wholly voluntary, heritage charity.
