ABOUT LAURENT SCARINGELLA
I am an associate professor at Rennes School of Business and a research affiliate at Kozminski University. I hold two BSc, one from Turku Polytechnics and another from Grenoble Université Alpes. I hold MIB from Grenoble Ecole de Management and also two doctorate degrees—a DBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a PhD in Management Sciences from Université Rennes 1. I was involved in several projects funded by the European Commission during the course of my doctoral studies. I have been a visiting scholar at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. I received my Habilitation to supervise research (HDR) from University Paris Dauphine – PSL.My research interests focus on strategic management, knowledge management, and the management of innovation. In particular, I am interested in strategic alliances, absorptive capacity, ambidexterity, knowledge dynamics, radical innovation, and ecosystem.I have been published in journals such as Information and Management, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Transactions on Engineering Management, the Journal of Engineering and Technology Management, Information Processing and Management, Strategic Change, the European Journal of Innovation Management, the Journal of Business Strategy, the International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business, the International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, and the Journal of Organization Design.
