ABOUT LAURENT GUELDRE
Electromechanical Engineer with over 20 years of international experience in process engineering, equipment integration and industrial projects. I have worked on both large-scale investments and smaller optimisation projects, giving me the versatility to adapt to different company sizes, from global groups to SMEs. I bring hands-on expertise in: Project & Process Engineering – layouts, utilities, commissioning, FAT/SAT. Industrial Optimisation – Lean, SMED, CIP, KPI tracking, problem-solving workshops. Equipment & Automation Integration – close collaboration with automation/electrical teams. EHS & Compliance – hazardous chemical processes, wastewater treatment, environmental standards. I enjoy working in pragmatic, collaborative environments, whether as part of a small team or in a multicultural setting with international suppliers. My approach combines technical rigour, problem-solving and people-focused leadership to deliver results in efficiency, quality and safety.
