Entra ID (Azure) Cloud conditional access deployment to 25 web critical applications to prevent critical and personal data leakage. Setup of AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) and Entra ID Cross Tenant Collaboration (\"Trusted devices\" model) for 2 strategic partners- Transition : • Command & Control Center outsourcing : transfer of IT activities monitoring (Event/Incident management regarding Applications and Infrastructure) to a new global supplier (transition from Devoteam to HCL). Transition including following phases : Planning, Foundation Learning, Discover & Simulate, Demonstrate. 4 months Transition. Budget : 150 k€.• Externalize 250 applications maintenance and L2/L3 support to a new global partner (200 Accenture FTE). Management of \"Enabling Services\" stream (connectivity, process and productivity). 1 year Transition.• France IT outsourcing : transfer of the IT managed services to a new global partner (transition from SPIE to SCC). 10 months Transition. Budget : 850 k€- Network : • SD Wan technology deployment and new service model with a new global partner (OBS) in Adecco branches worldwide. Management of \"Service Transition\" stream (process, tooling, training and support)- Infrastructure : • Citrix platform decommissioning and applications redeployment to local devices users). Removal of 130 obsolete Citrix servers. Budget : 650 k€.• Migration of Altiris infrastructure to Microsoft SCCM Cloud infrastructure (tooling for software deployment)- Workplace : • Office365 and IE11 roll-out to devices. Budget : 400 k€.• Replacement of HP Thin clients by Dell Desktops in France branches & HQ (2500 devices). Budget : 1.5 M€.
