Ingénieur de formation avec plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, je me spécialise dans la fabrication des vaccins, l’optimisation des opérations et la gestion de projets complexes. J’ai occupé plusieurs postes de direction, aussi bien dans des contextes industriels établis que dans des environnements en transformation.J’aime travailler à la croisée de la technique, de l’organisation et du leadership. Mon objectif : améliorer durablement la performance des équipes et des sites, tout en assurant la qualité et la conformité. J’interviens aussi bien sur des projets d’industrialisation, de digitalisation, que sur des transformations culturelles ou des restructurations.Engineer by training with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I specialize in vaccine manufacturing, operational optimization, and complex project management. My goal is to sustainably improve team and site performance while ensuring quality and compliance. I’m involved in projects ranging from industrial scale-up and digital transformation to cultural change and organizational restructuring.
