Provide visionary and strategic leadership to set the overall direction of the Yooz Group worldwide (270+ employees) and accelerate growth while nurturing our culture and following our core values. • Lead key executives to drive global organizational vision, operational strategy, financial goals and encourage maximum performance, dedication, collaboration and development of our team members • Develop strategic partnerships such as referral or reseller programs and technology partners and build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders • Develop and share thought leadership content in regards to the accounts payable and purchase to pay automation space, product vision and innovation trends • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting key data and metrics and identify areas of improvement and report regularly to board members on performance of the different departments as well as its financials • Develop and maintain relationships with associations, industries, and government officials in the best interests of the company and promote economic development within communities.
