With over a decade of hands-on experience in clinical diagnostics, molecular technologies, and medical-grade skincare innovation, I’ve built a unique cross-functional career at the intersection of bioscience, laboratory leadership, and strategic brand development. Currently, I serve as a Board Member and Shareholder at CRB Cosmetics, where I provide high-level guidance on dermaceutical product development, global expansion strategy, and investment decision-making in the medical skincare space. My background in cellular aging research, bioinformatics, and clinical compliance (CLIA, CAP, EU standards) allows me to bridge science with regulatory and market needs. Previously, I held multiple roles at CRB Cosmetics including QA Officer and Bioinformatics Supervisor, where I led technical operations, ensured regulatory readiness, and implemented laboratory information systems to support innovation and clinical accuracy. Earlier in my career, I served as a CLS, MLS, and Molecular Technologist in Switzerland, and began my professional path as a Phlebotomist and Sample Coordinator, which grounded my attention to procedural accuracy and patient-centered care. I’m passionate about driving scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and product excellence across everything from lab testing to therapeutic skincare solutions. I thrive in roles that require both strategic insight and technical fluency.
