The Coalition alongside our member and member organizations works effectively to protect all the marvelous natural and cultural resources the New Jersey. Just a few responsiblities and highlights:Transform, plan and execute annual, major gift and planned giving fundraising campaigns and activities resulting in increase revenue of 67%, create systems, direct calendar, and strategy. Supervise Development Associate, dotted line Director of Membership and Administration and oversee internship program. Responsible for managing the talent acquisition process including job description development, job postings on various online sites, recruiting, scheduling interviews, virtual interviews, onboarding, training, policy & procedure development while providing a positive experience. Develop relationships with the various sectors to build talent pools and share ideas. Play a key role in the strategic planning and budgeting process.
