I have worked in Reality TV for over 14 years, having started my career working in Development & New Series at the Style network, where I managed projects from pilot development through series production. After 6 years at Style, I transitioned into the production side, working as a Story Producer. Since then I\'ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of different shows and formats. With my experience on both the network and the production side, I have gained a unique creative perspective and insight into the storytelling process. As a producer, I understand the importance of having a clear, strong story. Ultimately, what I am most passionate about is making quality alternative programming.
