I consistently stepped into leadership roles, led team initiatives, and thrived in high-pressure environments.I went on to gain 2.5 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in both hospital and long-term care settings, working directly alongside physicians and nurses in high-acuity environments. I educate all levels of the healthcare team on how Dynasplint Systems complement the rehabilitation process and help maximize patient outcomes. I fit patients with the appropriate Dynasplint device, provide thorough instruction on its use, and conduct regular follow-ups throughout the course of treatment.
