AI enthusiast.I’m an operations and programme manager focused on building systems that work at scale, across regions, cultures, and complex stakeholder environments.At Meta, I run the operations behind global business education programmes supporting advertisers, agencies, and partners. I lead a team of 10 and work cross-functionally with marketing, platform, and regional teams to deliver programmes across multiple markets.My work covers live and virtual training delivery, vendor management, and process improvement through automation and AI, all within a fast-moving, global environment.I also build AI-driven tools which reduce manual workload and help teams operate more efficiently. I’m particularly interested in how AI can transform both day-to-day operations and decision-making.Before Meta, I built my foundation across very different industries managing a 12-month entrepreneur training programme at a school for entrepreneurship, leading training and events for 11,500+ specialist contractors at a construction trade association and managing luxury events for London housing projects. Ultimately, I focus on making complex programmes run simply, reliably, and at scale.
