Perform wardrobe styling for photo and video shoots; some corporate clients include Amazon, Blue Nile, Budweiser, Bellevue Collection, Columbia, Levi’s, Microsoft, and Adidas. • Offer private wardrobe concierge, wardrobe styling, estate wardrobe management, and wardrobe assessment and editing services. • Review closets of all sizes to assess the client’s current clothing, shoes, and accessories and understand their existing brand and desired brand image.• Assemble outfits and photograph style suggestions for clients.• Perform seasonal turns, including storage of fine items.• Source items for clients according to their requests and parameters. Serve as a personal shopper, choosing items to reinforce customers’ brands. • Pack bags ahead of HNW clients’ travel and set up wardrobes at hotels before their arrival.• Collaborate with creative, art, and marketing directors to establish and visualize the creative direction for editorial and advertorial photo shoots. Create mood boards and present the proposed wardrobe selections.• Coordinate production resources, such as makeup artists, hairstylists, designers, and models. • Assist with selecting the best model for each look; manage fittings and coordinate apparel and accessories for each shoot. • Built a reputation for selecting backup items and being prepared to accommodate last-minute needs.• Administer budget for each shoot and issue payments to third parties providing various items. Track expenses for each project to ensure adherence to budget parameters.• Hire 1 to 5 assistants for each shoot. Assign tasks according to each assistant’s strengths and desire to learn.• Navigate various personalities involved in productions, making sure the job gets done while accommodating everyone’s needs and feelings.
