Work with the business Service Designer to define the broader, more strategic outcomes of the roadmap for any given product and decompose this through epics, features and through user stories- Manage investigative work into problems and opportunities in existing and new services- Drives the analysis and collection of information and creation of to create recommendations for service improvements- Analyses large amounts of complex information and uses it to produce solutions- Facilitates agile workshops and discussions to gather fit for purpose functional and non-functional requirements and documents them appropriately- Own stakeholder relationships and be a leader in seeking solutions to real business problems through influence, facilitation and communication while shaping and challenging current business practices to increase efficiency within the organisation- Be a mentor and role model to other less experienced colleagues in the community and have line management responsibility of Associate Business Analysts- Manage community of practice activities within a business area, as well as working with communities across Government.
