   Lead the development and implementation of innovative physical product creation (footwear and apparel) and supply chain strategies for Nike’s Virtual Studios and RTFKT, bridging the gap between digital and physical consumer experiences.• Architect and execute operational strategies that integrate digital and physical apparel and footwear product creation, merchandising, and supply chain workflows—defining the future of Nike Virtual Studios across footwear and apparel.• Lead the launch of Nike’s Pre-Order Program, introducing a new product creation and supply chain model that enhances consumer experience and drives brand growth.• Operationalize Pre-Order initiatives across Nike Virtual Studios, Kobe, SB, Basketball, and other categories, ensuring on-time delivery and cross-functional alignment.• Manage strategic partnerships with internal teams (Design, PLM, Finance, Technology), global manufacturing partners, GEOs, and NBHD teams to foster innovation and global collaboration.• Onboarding new manufacturing partners for footwear product development, and manage materials sourcing and production planning for new product creation.• Drive product creation workback schedules across technical development, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.• Own relationships with Nike DCA, Distribution Centers, and external partners (factories, 3PLs), ensuring delivery precision and operational excellence.• Build and implement the Pre-Order Playbook, defining end-to-end processes from product creation to consumer delivery, including materials strategy, purchase orders, and customer service workflows.• Lead the integration of digital systems connecting Nike’s Order Management platform with 3PL warehouse and shipping partners, streamlining fulfillment operations and enhancing end-to-end supply chain visibility.
