During my last year at Notre Dame, I have the opportunity to design, plan, and lead over 30 retreats - both overnight and day events - impacting hundreds of undergraduate students. A major part of the internship involves recruiting and managing dynamic leadership teams, as well as facilitating workshops on small group and retreat leadership. I am currently conceptualizing and arranging a 30-person pilgrimage to Mexico City, showcasing a talent for organizing transformative experiences.
