I oversee the organization’s strategic vision, operations, fundraising, programming, and partnerships, ensuring we provide world-class capacity-building support to over 281 nonprofit leaders across 124+ countries.My role involves cultivating donor and partner relationships, designing sustainable growth strategies, and amplifying Gratitude’s impact by strengthening leadership, strategic clarity, and operational excellence within our Fellows’ organizations. Under my leadership, Gratitude has expanded its offerings beyond a one-year Fellowship, building a lifelong community of changemakers and positioning itself as a thought leader in nonprofit leadership development.With a background in nonprofit scale and education equity, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges nonprofit leaders face—and a passion for helping them grow their organizations with greater confidence, clarity, and capacity.
