I am passionate about building teams and software to solve difficult problems. To work with me is to know that I will continue to ask us to refine our understanding of the user, business, and market. I am always striving to bring clarity to chaos. I will read EVERYTHING on the domain we\'re working in :) And, I will ask you to dream big and get weird.Today, I am working as the VP of Product at Tidelift. I lead the Product Management and UX work that is focused on protecting our customers from the invisible risk and hidden costs of open source software. We do this through the lens of the founding vision which asked: What if we could reduce risk by partnering with the open source creators who built the software in the first place? I have consistently applied my passion for challenging problems within small and large organizations to tackle challenges including open source sustainability, amplifying teacher voice, and addressing gaps in living wage work in the US South. I believe in the impact of Design.
