I specialize in building connected systems that bring healthcare, K12 education, and community organizations together to deliver care more effectively. As a leader in both the public and private sectors, I am passionate about building systems empower every child and family to thrive. I shine when leading teams through times of dramatic change, ensuring they stay focused and deliver impact for kids and families while evolving with business needs. The through line of my career is connecting healthcare, education, and public systems to close care gaps and improve outcomes at scale. I’ve worked with partners across sectors to implement models that make care delivery simpler, faster, and more equitable.A few highlights I’m proud of:• Scaled Hazel Health’s reach from pilot programs to a national platform, expanding access to physical and mental health care for more than 5 million students across the US.• Partnered with education, healthcare, and government leaders to align delivery models and funding systems that made integrated care possible at scale.• Directed the COVID-19 response and vaccination initiative for a district of educators, ensuring operational continuity, workforce safety, and equitable access during one of the most complex public health crises in modern education.• Established the infrastructure to sustain rapid growth and Hazel Health’s expansion through data and reporting system redesign that improved decision-making speed, accountability, and resource allocation.• Built multi-state frameworks that unified schools, health systems, and local agencies, by aligning fragmented services into coordinated care networks that improved access, equity, and outcomes for children and families.I’m currently partnering with organizations on an advisory or fractional basis, and exploring new opportunities across a few key lanes: Strategy and operations, partnerships and system integration, and cross-sector program design within healthcare, health tech, K12 education, or similar industry.If you’re working to build systems that work better for people, I’d love to connect.
