About Lauren Collins

Since 2014, I have excelled at promoting company culture, managing operations and exemplifying the core values of two technology companies in Austin, TX. In my current role at Aceable, I lead an amazing employee experience from onboarding to off-boarding. I create, plan and execute engagement opportunities, both in-person and virtual, focusing on a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. I facilitate philanthropic events by collaborating with local nonprofit organizations. I partner with other members of the team on projects to improve morale, cohesiveness, and internal processes. My day-to-day work includes a wide range of people team operations such as maintenance of our HRIS, collaborating with insurance brokers to administer benefits, and managing vendor and building relationships. During my time at Aceable, I have project managed the implementation of our HRIS, researched and launched an engagement survey platform that is still utilized. I also spearheaded a renovation of both of our office spaces (Austin and Houston). I created and lead our culture committee, the Vibes and Values Squad, to incorporate employee perspectives and strengthen our company culture. In my free time, you will find me outside, walking, running, or enjoying the Austin Greenbelt with my supportive husband and three kiddos.
