I manage a team of 11 talented intelligence analysts in a GSOC environment. The team is responsible for providing real-time, forward-looking, actionable intelligence for Meta physical security teams across EMEA. I lead on all operational outputs, managing our team’s contributions during incident response, overseeing the production and delivery of proactive risk and threat assessments, and engage with relevant stakeholders.I lead daily stand-ups to evaluate operational and strategic risks to the company, assess the portfolio of team tasks, and establish action plans to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.I consistently engage with senior stakeholders to understand and translate their priorities to our outputs. I help drive innovation around our processes, streamlining our workflows and optimising the performance of the team.
