About Lauren Sousa
From my days in Washington DC at a law enforcement agency to an internal communications role at one of the most iconic golf companies in the world, my journey has been anything but ordinary. I\'ve navigated diverse industries, including travel, toys, and now golf by building relationships, crafting compelling stories and championing the employee experience. In the travel industry, I mastered the art of storytelling and connecting people across the world to foster community and engagement. I showcased the company\'s special culture, engaging existing employees and prospective candidates with a strong employer brand strategy. The toy industry taught me the power of creativity and playfulness in building a strong brand culture. Now, I leverage my unique experiences to communicate business priorities, drive impactful change initiatives, and connect existing and future associates to a common purpose centered around enriching the experience of dedicated golfers around the world.I\'ve earned recognition for developing a robust and engaging employer brand strategy, awards for videos produced by my former team, and honors for exhibiting the values within various organizations. However, my greatest accomplishment is being a mom.
