   As the President and Founder of Triangle Area Moms Night Out (TAMNO), I lead a vibrant women’s organization dedicated to fostering connections, friendship, and community engagement through uniquely curated events across the Triangle Area. Since founding the club, I have developed and nurtured it into an active social hub with a growing membership and a dedicated board of five women who help drive our mission.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Strategic Leadership: Lead a dynamic board in setting strategic objectives, driving growth, and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all women interested in community and connection.Event Planning & Execution: Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing over 20 successful, large-scale monthly events tailored to member interests and spread throughout the region.Operations Management: Oversee all operational aspects, including logistics coordination, venue selection, scheduling, budget management, and vendor negotiations to ensure smooth and memorable events.Member & Community Engagement: Develop and manage TAMNO’s communications strategy, including member outreach, newsletters, and social media, to foster an engaged and informed community.Creative Design & Marketing: Design all promotional materials, merchandise, and event branding, leveraging graphic design skills to create a cohesive, appealing brand presence.Vendor Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with local vendors, artists, and venues to support event execution and create unique member experiences.Innovation in Programming: Consistently introduce fresh and diverse programming ideas to keep the club’s offerings vibrant, relevant, and engaging, strengthening member retention and satisfaction.Through my leadership, TAMNO has grown into a cornerstone of social engagement for women in the Triangle Area, empowering members to build lasting friendships while exploring all that our community offers.
