DuPagePADS is the largest non-profit in DuPage County focused on ending homelessness for individuals and families. We provide bi-weekly group workshops and one-on-one coaching to our clients, preparing them for each stage of a job search. I facilitate these workshops and appointments, focusing on resume updates, completing applications, developing interview skills and overall career readiness. I develop and maintain partnerships with local employers and career-focused organizations (such as WorkNet Dupage) to create sustainable employment opportunities for unhoused individuals.I advocate for, and support clients in overcoming employment barriers, with a focus on stability for families and parents of young children. My aim is to champion the mission of DuPagePADS by empowering clients to achieve self-reliance and long-term success.
