My name is Lauren Meese, Career Development Lead and Realtor with Pivot Realty Group! I help new agents jump start their career in real estate and I am also your Local Ohio Realtor assisting present and future homeowners accomplish their real estate goals in the Cincinnati area. I am a committed full time professional, dedicated to exceeding client expectations. As a member of the Cincy Multiple Listing Service and the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, I care about my clients and keep them informed every step of the way. I have a marketing plan and a solid team to back me up. This includes mentoring agents, as well as a list of in-house preferred partners to help make your transactions run as smoothly as possible. I am proactive, not reactive. This means for sellers I will help set up appointments, marketing, and get your home sold as quickly as possible. For buyers, I want you first in line to see the listing of your dreams whenever possible. I will provide any advice within my area of expertise, however, at the end of the day it is your decision. You have the final say! I ensure that my listings are listed within the Multiple Listing Service with professional photography and a virtual tour when applicable. I also provide preparation guides to help clients follow along through the process, prepare you for what\'s to come in this current market, and answer a few questions that you may have, but please ask more questions if needed.
