About Lauren McCabe
My career in marketing started with a love for reading and writing. I studied English & Creative Writing in college, and I was a travel writer before landing my first job as a content marketer. Since then, I have worked as a brand strategist, marketing manager, and business development manager; I’ve supported brands tipping into global markets and scrappy start-ups undergoing rapid growth. The common thread in each of my roles has been a deep curiosity about people. What do they think? What moves them? How can we touch their lives for the better?Good marketing is storytelling that drives action, and action changes the my free time, I teach yoga to build community around health and wellness, and I write about travel, work, and love on mermaidhchronicles.com.
