I’m a community-oriented, values-driven communications professional with 15 years of experience in strategic content marketing and brand storytelling. I’ve got a proven track record of successfully leading internal and external communications and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive positive change for brands. I’ve also got a strong background in advocacy and diversity and inclusion initiatives and was a founding member of Capital One’s newest employee resource group focused on supporting parents and caregivers.I’m also a mother of two and passionate advocate for helping other moms navigate their journey into motherhood. That’s why I also do postpartum support work on the side. I care deeply about helping moms as they uncover and unlock their inner intuition. Supporting new moms as they figure out how to reconcile their pre-baby and post-baby identities, especially when it comes to their external professional lives, is one of my biggest motivators.
