I\'m a passionate adult educator and emerging eLearning leader with over six years of experience dedicated to engaging and training external audiences. I support service-driven organizations that equip individuals with the knowledge & tools necessary to make informed decisions & take strategic action to improve their lives.I help businesses deliver training through instructional design that achieves desired learning outcomes. I conduct a needs analysis and decide what learning & development approach is best. Will a corporate training course really fix the performance problem? I apply instructional design processes and models like Bloom\'s Taxonomy, Andragogy, Gagne\'s Nine Instructional Events, Kirkpatrick\'s Four Levels of Evaluation, Merrill\'s First Principles of Instruction, ADDIE, Cognitive Load Theory, Action Mapping and Mayer\'s 12 Principles of Multimedia Learning.\' I\'ve trained employees through instructor-led training. I\'ve volunteered to author educational resources for various organizations.
