ABOUT LAUREN TEIXEIRA

I am a results-driven and highly adaptable People & Culture Talent professional with 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent strategy, onboarding, and employee experience across industries including private equity, finance, and healthcare. I bring a proven ability to design and manage programs that align people strategy with business outcomes - from hiring and onboarding to DEI and Human Resources/Human Capital operations. Currently, as a Senior Associate, Talent Management at Providence Equity Partners, I lead end-to-end hiring for Investment and Operations teams, while also driving process improvements, onboarding programs, and DEI initiatives. I have successfully implemented structured candidate and manager check-ins, creation of scalable recruitment playbooks, partnering with legal on immigration processes, and managing our Workday HRIS system to ensure accurate data and reporting. Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting at Kforce and Skills for Rhode Island’s Future, supporting clients in finance, accounting, and healthcare. These roles sharpened my skills in stakeholder management, offer negotiations, and consultant redeployment.
