At Fractional, we are redefining how capital is raised by unlocking access to non accredited investors through compliant and streamlined investment structures. What used to take four to eight weeks, multiple vendors, and significant legal and administrative costs can now be launched in a fraction of the time with fully integrated systems. My role is to make that possible behind the scenes. I operate at the intersection of real estate, compliance, and execution, owning the systems that power everything from LLC formation and operating agreements to capital flows, investor management, and ongoing compliance. From the first dollar raised to distributions and K 1s, I ensure the entire lifecycle runs cleanly and at scale. What I focus on- Structuring investment vehicles and operating frameworks - Designing capital raise workflows and investor processes - Overseeing legal, compliance, and entity infrastructure - Building systems that automate operations, distributions, and reporting - Leading a lean team to execute in fast moving, high stakes environments We do not just support deals. We enable entirely new ways of raising capital. Through Fractional investment clubs, operators can activate their network, pre raise capital, and deploy it efficiently when the right opportunities arise. I am known for being the person who makes complex systems actually work, where execution, precision, and accountability matter just as much as strategy. Because at the end of the day, great deals do not scale without great infrastructure.
