With a Psychology degree and research experience from the Georgia Institute of Technology, I have a background in studying real-world data (People and their behavior!) and I love to apply that knowledge to business. As a Talent Acquisition specialist turned Reporting & Systems Analyst, I understand the world of Talent and have a passion for bringing together data and system changes to empower leaders to make tough decisions and enable their teams to work smarter, not harder.While I love diving in to my technical work for hours at a time, I also have a passion for people. I enjoy listening to business leaders and understanding their needs from a reporting or systems perspective so that I can create changes and reports they can’t live without.
