About Lauren Wells
I’m a Senior Manager in Deloitte Tax LLP’s National Clients & Markets group, where I lead key initiatives within Deloitte’s Chief Tax Officer (CTO) Program. I partner with Tax Executives—especially those new to the role—and their leadership teams to clarify strategic priorities and translate them into actionable roadmaps to meet the evolving demands of today’s tax landscape. I also design and deliver immersive client experiences that accelerate leadership effectiveness and strengthen team performance, including innovative Tax Lab sessions for individuals and teams. As program lead for the Next Generation Tax Leader Academy, I curate and facilitate engaging sessions that build capabilities, expand networks, and support continuous learning for rising leaders across the tax profession. Before joining National Clients & Markets, I served clients in the Cincinnati marketplace in Deloitte’s Business Tax Services practice. I’m a member of the AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPAs, and a Business Chemistry certified facilitator—an approach I use to help teams understand working styles and collaborate more effectively.
