As the Events Manager at Weatherlow Farms, I lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse calendar of on-farm experiences, from intimate farmhouse dinners and seasonal flower walks to large-scale concerts and community gatherings.Key contributions include: • Designing and executing memorable events that highlight the farm’s pasture-raised meats, florals, and locally sourced ingredients. • Overseeing end-to-end logistics including vendor coordination, guest communications, ticketing, rentals, and onsite management. • Collaborating with our on-site chef, floral manager, farm staff and local partners to create memorable experiences. • Implementing creative marketing strategies to drive attendance, including social media campaigns, targeted emails, and branded materials. • Maintaining a strong focus on guest experience, ensuring each event reflects the farm’s values of sustainability, hospitality, and community.
