Serving as lead project manager, I oversee day-to-day operations, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term vision to bring this system of support to life.Key responsibilities include:• Strategic planning & execution - Developing and managing go-to-market strategy, outreach campaigns, and growth initiatives for military-connected communities• Stakeholder engagement - Leading partnerships across government, nonprofit, and private sectors to align support for military and veteran families• Brand and messaging - Shaping voice, visuals, and education strategies to build trust and clarity across all communications• Team leadership - Managing workflows across marketing, public relations, enrollment, and field engagement teams• Product development - Supporting member experience and eligibility pathways to ensure military families are seen, supported, and served with dignityThis work sits at the intersection of strategy, service, and storytelling - exactly where I thrive.
